RF/A-41 TUBULAR KNITTED FABRIC CUTTING , INSPECTION AND ROLLING MACHINE

This machine is an open width rolling machine with cutting and opening systems for folded or tubular technical textiles, knitted and elastic woven fabrics.

The tension system is adjusted according to the technical characteristics of the fabrics and thus the meter of tensionless fabric is measured properly.

Machine speed, roll hardness, inside-outside rolling mode, and all the parameters are commuted on the user-friendly operator panel.

The machine stops automatically at the end of the fabric and at the adjusted meter according to the fabric defect map.

The illuminated control screen allows the detection and correction of defects on the fabric before the rolling process.

 OPTIONAL SYSTEMS 

The fabric meter is measured properly without adjustment thanks to the automatic tension regulation system defined to the PLC System according to the fabric types.

Perfect edge rolls are obtained with the air blowing system and the expander groups to eliminate the edge curves and wrinkles.

The stainless steel basin is under the illuminated control screen and allows the using of solvent for defects on the fabric before the rolling process.

There are many alternate groups such as fabric cutting system, weighting system, barcode label printing system after the rolling process
