New Designed - Reduced Height Machine

The machine, lay in line grey and finished woven fabrics by meters/yards on pallets, makes it possible to stock kilometers of fabric in only 4 m3 volume. It is possible to get two folded plaited fabric on pallets up to 2.50 meters high.

Machine speed, plaited fabric count and all the parameters are commuted on the user-friendly touch screen

The machine stops automatically at the end of the fabric in order to prevent non-productive time.

 OPTIONAL SYSTEMS 

The pallet platform moves automatically without the need for adjustment according to the folded fabric height.

The illuminated control screen allows the detection and correction of defects on the fabric before the folding process.

Motorized roll lifting system, modular roll box, end to end sewing machine and J-Box system providing non-stop operation are applicable for roll fabric inlets.

Brushing & Dust Suction removes dust, lint and waste materials on the fabric.

Barcode label printing is possible with the printer.

Palletized fabric is packed with a stretch wrapping machine and the pallet is ready for shipment.
