T2/B-22 ELASTIC KNITTED FABRIC DOUBLE FOLD ROLLING MACHINE

The machine rounds off technical textiles, knitted and elastic woven fabrics in roll and book form by double folding. The machine folds wide width fabrics and gets the fabric rolls in optimum dimensions.

It is possible to wrap fabric up to 60 cm diameter both in roll and book form in one machine.

Elastic fabrics are rolled tensionless with the motorized driven roll unloading system at the entrance of the machine.

The tension system is adjusted electronically according to the technical characteristics of the fabrics and thus the meter of tensionless fabric is measured properly.

Perfect edge rolls are obtained with the air blowing system and the expander groups to eliminate the edge curves and wrinkles.

The new system fabric catcher group provides edge alignment without adjustment and without damage for all kind of fabrics.

Machine speed, roll hardness, inside-outside rolling mode and all the parameters are commuted on the PLC controlled user-friendly touch screen.

 OPTIONAL SYSTEMS 

There are many winding systems such as rolling on two cylinders or air shaft rolling unit without cardboard.

Motorized roll lifting system, modular roll box, end to end sewing machine are applicable for roll fabric inlets.

The illuminated control screen allows the detection and correction of defects on the fabric before the folding process.

There are many alternate groups such as fabric cutting system, portable digital weight system, barcode label printing system after the folding process.
