SF/D-21 WOVEN FABRIC PLAITING MACHINE

This machine is a batch preparation machine that plaiting for woven fabrics.

Batched and rolled fabrics are plaited in the required height and length.

The fabric meter measured with the electronic tourmeter system is displayed on the digital screen.

Machine speed etc. all parameters are commuted on the user-friendly operator panel.

The machine stops automatically at the end of the fabric and adjusted meter.

 OPTIONAL SYSTEMS 

Motorized roll lifting system, modular roll box, end to end sewing machine and J-Box system providing non-stop operation are applicable for roll fabric inlets.

The illuminated control screen and stainless steel basin  allows the detection and correction of defects on the fabric before the plaiting process.

Folded fabrics can be plaited on the trolley as open width by using opening units.
